SHIPPING TIMES – Our products are made by hand to order, therefore please allow 5-10 days for delivery.
PRESERVATION – Flower essences in vinegar preservation contain 0.2% brandy alcohol by volume.
RETURN POLICY – Flower essences are non-returnable and we are not responsible for stock that has been opened (i.e. broken seal) or stored in direct light or heat. In appropriate storage conditions, our flower essences have a shelf-life of one year.
Card decks and books may be returned within 30 days for credit only if in original shrink wrap and in pristine condition.
SHIPPING CHARGES –
RETAIL ORDERS: If you are ordering from within the United States, flat rate shipping charges will be applied based on the total of your order. If you are ordering from outside the United States, we will contact you with your shipping charges, which will be based on weight and destination.
WHOLESALE ORDERS: We will contact you with your shipping charges, which are based on weight and destination. Free US shipping on orders of $150 or more.
Customers are responsible for any additional fees charged by country receiving the shipment (e.g. customs, duty, taxes).
